Our Vision
We are working to change the unemployment and underemployment outcomes for individuals who are uniquely abled and underserved through placing them in career focused employment while providing support and education to the employer to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial relationship.
Our Services

How It Works

Zavikon recruits talent through our large network of community partners. We perform a thorough assessment for passion and skills and identify required accommodations for job success. We match our candidates with our client's hiring needs and environment readiness.
Place, Educate & Support
Once Zavikon has placed the candidate with our client, we educate the management and co-workers about the employee and continue support for both employee and employer through our career coaching services. We ensure a happy and successful employment relationship.
